Welcome to the Go-Ahead IT Shared Service Centre, a department based on Grey Street, Newcastle. We officially began operations on September 15th 2014, providing IT support to Govia Thameslink Railway (GTR) and Go-Ahead Group. Since then we have become the single point of contact for IT related issues to a further three train operating companies - Southeastern, Southern and London Midland - as well as bus companies Go South Coast and Brighton & Hove.
Since then we have seen more teams and responsibilities being placed in the Shared Service Centre with more and more companies coming on board. Our 24/7 operations team help to monitor our networks, TVMs, WAN, WiFi and hardware alerts to ensure a proactive stance on the smooth running of our infrastructure.
